Roles & Responsibilities: Develop & deliver performance analysis and recommendations for business leaders Define and monitor marketing and Outreach KPIs and goals for the team to assess tactical and strategic achievements Own P&L for a segment of programs Support team-wide prioritization and planning through impact tracking, opportunity sizing, and goal setting. Interact regularly with stakeholders across Outreach, product, marketing and business teams Get to work directly in co-founder’s team alongside colleagues from IITs and IIMs Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a variety of strategic, analytical and operational roles: you thrive on combining rigorous data-driven analysis, strong business intuition and judgment, and an ability to work well across a variety of teams to solve complex problems and have done so at a fast-growing technology focused company. Person will be in a generalist role driving capabilities across various verticals of business however technical analytics skills shall be needed to create and modify dashboards Strong business acumen and well skilled in excel with the ability to translate quantitative data into actionable business insights and recommendations. Data Fluency: You have experience manipulating and extracting insights from datasets, and using data to make recommendations and decisions Strong written and verbal communication skills.
