Revenue Optimization Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Category Manager/Revenue Manager to join our team at OYO.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for owning strategy on revenue optimization and pricing with a target-driven approach. This includes identifying, planning, and executing opportunities to optimize channel mix while maximizing profit margins.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning revenue strategy and pricing initiatives to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and execute opportunities to optimize channel mix and improve profit margins.
- Leading revenue communications and insights for internal stakeholders (operations team) and external stakeholders (hotel owners, managers).
- Working closely with the central pricing team to complement pricing algorithm functionality and provide inputs for revenue maximization.
- Bridging the gap between Global and Local Strategy and Knowledge sharing by working with the Global Teams to bring best practices to US markets.
- Overseeing and delivering a successful Revenue Launch cycle to new hotel assets joining the portfolio.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in category or Revenue management.
- Experience in designing and executing projects.
- Data Orientation: Sound understanding of numbers and data, ability to identify trends, patterns, outliers, and deep dive on core issues. Knowledge of R and SQL is a plus.
- Fluent communication both verbal and written.
- Demonstrates high ethical values.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Additional Information
Candidates should be comfortable working in the US time zone (6:30pm to 3:30am IST) shift timing.
