Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Specialist at CoachX.Live. Here will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, solving all customer queries, managing and optimizing processes, ensuring efficient customer experience, and fostering a collaborative team environment to drive the platform's success.
You’ll Enjoy This Role If You Are
- Enthusiastic about managing wow customer experience
- You are already an expert at or have all the intent to learn and adapt to the tools and technologies - Like Excel, Zoom, Crms, Lms, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting purposes.
- The kind of professional who loves to roll your sleeves up, led by example, and stay on top of all operations
- Extremely disciplined, good in time management and prioritization managing all batches coordination, trainer relations, liaising with the sales team for excellent customer experience.
- Enthusiastic about numbers, documentation & excellent reporting
- Are outstanding in communicating effectively (both verbal and written)
- Excellent in focus, quality assurance, and attention to details
Requirements and Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in operations or customer service.
- Interpersonal Skills: Charismatic, enthusiastic, and competitive personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily functions of the business and all customer communications.
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining an excellent onboarding process for every new customer
- Educating customers about all processes and improving customer experience
- Collecting customer feedback and closing feedback loops by working on all feedback given
- Session Calendar Management
- All records management
- Trainer relationship, contracts, Batch calendar mapping
- Certificate Distribution
- LMS Management
- Supporting the sales team
- Batch Management
- Invoice Management
- Reviewing daily and monthly sales and collection and maintaining reports
- Liaising with the placement team for excellent placement assistance
- Mock Interviews of students
- Saturday work from home for all session management
- Maintaining eall placement process records
