Will be involved into Client relationships, interface with MD level clients, get new roles, fulfills and manages overall delivery Technology Delivery Understands bench, margin, cost etc Handled Larger team size Investment banking accounts Staff Augmentation Hiring / Fulfilment RFP / Sales approach Employee Management JOB DESCRIPTION Client Engagement Maintain High-touch client connect at all levels Have clear understanding of client org structure Know client work, technology, and system environments Define governance structure with clear roles and responsibilities of each stakeholder Organize governance meetings as per defined frequency Prepare minute of meetings and track action items closely Circulate status report well before governance meetings Collect feedback about our resources at a regular interval Work on proposals, commercials, negotiate rates / pricing as applicable Maintain a good client relationship Employee Engagement Have Regular connects with resources Organize HR connects, fun activities etc. Collect and provide feedback, attend to employee concerns on a timely manner Work on Awards and recognition on a continuous basis Coordinate training needs Follow up on timesheets, mandatory trainings, infosec needs, attendance / leaves etc. Proactive and reactive retention efforts Organize social events to connect with resources and support team Value addition Look at continuous improvement opportunities Bring in new ideas, out of the box thinking Essential Skills Must have Project Management Skills Should have pre-sales exposure Must have good working knowledge on MS Excel Must have good understanding on variety of tech stacks Very good communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Good people management skills Must be detail oriented Should have go getter attitude Fulfillment Interact with client stakeholders, both business and vendor management to get an idea on pipeline requirements at a high level (monthly intake) Collect detailed JD for each role, level and create a skill matrix with mandatory and preferred skills Coordinate between Synechron L2 panel and client managers to clarify on JD and experience level as needed Ensure L1 and L2 panel are on same page of requirements and evaluation methods; expand panel members as needed Prepare checklist for client submission, due diligence, evaluation, selection and on-board process Maintain detailed feedback template for client submission Create detailed plan for open role fulfilment for set of open requirements like # of client drives, submissions statistics, submission to selection ratio etc. Maintain a tracker with both internal and external candidates list with all necessary details Work closely with recruitment team on external hiring; prioritize the set of requirements Leverage vendors as and when needed Schedule daily call with recruitment team to track external hiring for each requisition Screen the profiles for candidate exp level, skills, hands-on project experience, longevity, etc. Create dedicated pool for common skillsets Have detailed list of topics and training contents ready as per client expectations to prepare candidates during incubation / pool time Have Hackerrank question bank configured and ensure candidates pass minimum score Work closely with mentor / coach to align candidates on a regular basis Prepare a detailed feedback sheet for internal assessment as well as for external submission separately Collaboration Have a regular connect with peers to get to know best practices, learn from their experience etc. Seek help where necessary not just with same account but with other account leaders as well. Develop a good network. Connect with resourcing team regularly to know about corporate pool. Collaborate with recruitment teams of other accounts Work with PMO, HR and other support groups for on boarding, employee connects etc. Internal Governance Ensure all checks and balances in place regarding contract / sow, BGV, timesheets, approvals, margins, invoicing, attendance / leaves, contract extensions, resource releases, bench monitoring etc. Maintain a detailed activities list, RACI chart and check list for all these procedures.
