We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Partner to join our team, focusing on selling our Executive Search services.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their talent needs, and positioning HR Anexi as a strategic partner for executive search services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our suite of HR solutions.
- **Business Development**:
- Proactively seek out and engage with potential clients to understand their executive talent requirements.
- Implement effective sales plan to generate new business opportunities and expand our client base for Executive Search business
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Achieve ambitious sales targets for executive search services, meeting and exceeding revenue goals.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach, understanding client needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- **Market Intelligence**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on market intelligence.
- **Proposal Development**:
- Work closely with the delivery team to create compelling proposals that address client needs and showcase HR Anexi's capabilities in executive search.
- Present proposals to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
- **Contract Negotiation**:
- Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
- Collaborate with content and finance teams to finalize Terms of Association
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with the internal research and delivery team to ensure seamless execution of executive search projects.
- Provide regular updates on client engagements and market developments to internal stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in executive search sales, with at least 3- 5 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of the executive search process and the ability to articulate the value proposition to clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to the development of sales and revenue
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Familiarity with HR consulting services and a network within the industry is an advantage.
**Salary**: Up to ₹750,000.00 per year
