As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining and nurturing relationships with our prospective clients. This entails understanding their unique requirements and ensuring the seamless administration of our products and services. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Effective written communication skills for emails and proficient telephone and email response to client queries.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
