Mobile Sales Director for Emerging Markets

Appnext is a leading mobile discovery platform with 12 global offices. We are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive business growth in India.

As a key member of our team, you will own revenue for strategic projects, educate the market about Appnext's OEM agency business and services, and identify new partnership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Introduce and educate potential app developers about Appnext's OEM Agency Business and services
  • Launch campaigns on leading Android stores in India
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial reach-out to commercial agreements
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new partners and ensure successful launches
  • Build long-term trusted relationships with partners, provide regular advice and consultation
  • Monitor partnership performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives
  • Provide feedback and insights to enhance Appnext's products and services

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management within the mobile app industry
  • Clear understanding of the Indian Adtech Market and connections in the industry
  • Strong knowledge and network of the mobile app ecosystem, advertising technologies, and app monetization models
  • Experience with OEM business sales is an asset
  • Proven experience in owning digital project revenue from sales to retention
  • You must be autonomous and independent in your role yet also a team player
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills to present complex data clearly and professionally
  • Exceptional negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent is an advantage

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, along with other benefits.
