Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Director to lead our Mobile App Growth efforts in India. This role will focus on developing the region by growing market penetration and becoming the face of the company.

Responsibilities
  • Grow AVOW's Advertiser portfolio through high activity levels, networking, and educating the market on OEM value.
  • Represent AVOW and articulate our value proposition to key decision-makers in top mobile companies and at leading regional industry events and conferences.
Requirements
  • Knowledge in mobile performance campaigns and metrics such as CPI/CPS/CPR/CPM/CPC and/or programmatic/RTB, MMPs, bid strategies, and advanced targeting tactics.
  • Quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to drive both strategic decisions and operational tasks in a fast-paced international environment.
  • A highly motivated self-starter with a data and numbers-driven mindset.
  • Creative thinker and meticulous in your work.
  • Very strong connections in the north region with direct clients and agencies who spend on mobile.
