Job Title: Chief U.S. Accounting Officer

Location:USA

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in U.S. accounting, taxation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review of U.S. GAAP-compliant financial statements.
  • Handle U.S. tax filings, including federal and state returns.
  • Manage cross-border accounting and reporting for U.S. operations.
  • Perform audits, reconciliations, and financial analysis as per U.S. standards.
  • Advise on accounting processes, compliance, and regulatory changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in U.S. accounting.
  • Proficient in U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and accounting software used in the U.S. (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with cross-border transactions or multinational corporations is a plus.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Compliance with U.S. laws and regulations.
  • Development of internal control procedures.
  • Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Implementation of financial reporting and planning.
