The finance team is the backbone of our business. We're a dynamic department that supports all areas of the organization, including assessing financial implications from key strategic decisions and growth opportunities.

The Finance Manager is responsible for leading accounting operations, ensuring timely closure of audits, and filing statutory reports. They will also oversee the development of financial accounting systems and coordinate financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounting:
  • Lead compliance requirements with local Tax and Accounting regulations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, analysis, and interpretation of results to manage risk.
  • Coordinate with external partners to review and finalize monthly financial records.
  • Drive accounting operations for procure-to-pay processes, including expense management and balance sheet transactions.
  • Prepare month-end general ledger close activities and assist in preparing financial statement disclosures.
  • Compliance:
  • Maintain a compliance calendar for multiple geographies and manage vendor invoices.
  • Review tax filings and prepare necessary tax submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with periodic filings required by regulatory authorities.
  • Provide tax, insurance, and other reports needed by governmental regulations.
  • Financial Analysis and Process Set Up:
  • Support senior leadership in assessing the financial impact of new initiatives.
  • Calculate commissions for employees on variable payroll and submit reports.
  • Oversee the development of financial accounting systems and coordinate financial operations.
  • Review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports.

People / Stakeholder Management

  • Manage a team of accounting professionals and guide them in controllership functions.
  • Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate reporting of revenue activities.
  • Cash management, including daily cash positioning, multi-currency fund transfers, and coordination with banks.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and manage cash flow.
