Executive Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Executive Finance Manager. This position will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day banking requirements, documentation, and database management within the treasury department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of a corporate treasury function.
  • Invest in mutual funds and fixed deposits in accordance with investment policy.
  • Liaise with banks and fund houses for transaction execution.
  • Database management for reporting purposes.
  • Documentation related to treasury operations.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders for transaction closure.
  • Closure of accounting for treasury transactions.
  • Smooth operation of the treasury function.
  • Error-free database management.
  • TAT management for documentation.
  • Effective relationship management with bankers and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualification:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with self-discipline in managing work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of general banking terminology and processes.
  • Basic accounting knowledge to understand transaction impact.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Reuters/Bloomberg is an added advantage.
