Financial Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage financial filings, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, prepare accurate financial statements, and provide timely support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding financial filings, compliance, and statement preparation.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of financial forms and returns with relevant authorities.
- Monitor and stay updated on changes in regulatory laws and regulations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Manage compliance with tax deduction, payment, and filing procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any legal or compliance issues related to financial filings and statements.
- Provide accurate and reliable financial information to clients, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to financial filings, compliance, and statements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall efficiency of finance operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience in finance operations, financial filings, and statement preparation.
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with accounting software and tools, including Tally, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial statements and compliance filings.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to address complex financial and compliance issues.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and delivering exceptional service.
