About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager/Associate Director to spearhead the growth of MyPartner in assigned markets. The successful candidate will drive reach and influence, identifying and onboarding potential travel agents, ensuring seamless adoption of the platform while cultivating strong business partnerships to maximize wallet share and market presence.

The key priorities include accelerating market growth by expanding the network of active travel agent partners, boosting transaction volume and value, and fostering a competitive edge by staying ahead of market trends and rival activities. Additionally, the role involves guiding and empowering Business Managers to align their efforts with overall business objectives, driving sustained and impactful growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the Travel Agents cohort within assigned territories, ensuring strategic alignment and delivering measurable results across the funnel.
  2. Maintain market intelligence, identify opportunities, perform competitor analysis, and craft Go-to-Market strategies to maintain a competitive edge and capture market share.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive top-line growth, ensuring smooth execution and consistent delivery of results.
  4. Drive platform adoption among partners through comprehensive training, monitoring adoption metrics, and improving processes to enhance partner engagement and performance.
  5. Track and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis, proactively identifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and optimize results.
  6. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with travel partners, influencing industry practices by introducing innovative ideas, solutions, and products that drive value and differentiation.

Qualification and Experience:

  • MBA from a reputable institution, with 10-13 years of experience in the internet domain, specializing in sales, B2B/B2C sales, key account management & business development.
  • Extensive team handling experience, both on-site and remotely.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills, able to interpret data and work with numbers.
  • Demonstrates a bias for action, capable of aligning the team on both short-term and long-term business priorities.
  • Holds a deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes.

Estimated Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Location: Mumbai, India.
