Administrative Role OverviewThe office operations manager is a critical role that oversees the seamless and efficient operation of all administrative functions within an organization. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate teams and ensure effective communication across departments.
This position involves coordinating various tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and other administrative duties. Additionally, this role requires managing budgets, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
As part of the management team, you will lead special projects related to office operations, process improvements, and company events. You will also be responsible for coordinating company events, meetings, and other functions, ensuring they align with the brand's standards.
In this capacity, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in project management, import and export procedures, and negotiations with vendors.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelors/Masters in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years experience (preferably in luxury/high-end residential project)
