**Job Overview:**We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our administrative functions. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, supervising administrative staff, and supporting senior management in executing company-wide initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, stationery, medical kits and facilities, ensuring everything is well-maintained and functioning.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to maintain office operations.

**Executive Support:
  • Assist senior management with scheduling, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Supervise and support the office assistants, and other relevant roles.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations for executive meetings.

**Project Management:
  • Lead and participate in special projects related to office operations, process improvements, and company events.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and other functions, ensuring they align with our standards.

**Compliance and Procedures:
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, particularly in relation to health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and manage budgets for administrative expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.

**Import and Export:
  • Oversight of entire export and import process, ensuring compliance with national, international trade regulations.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors to secure best pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

**Requirements:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years experience (preferably in luxury / high-end residential project).
