Sales Performance Driver

The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Performance Driver to join our team at Snaphunt. As a Sales Performance Driver, you will be responsible for driving the sales and service performance of our store, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and overseeing order fulfillment processes.
The Role
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with buying and visual merchandising teams to ensure the store is stocked with the right inventory and adheres to brands' visual merchandising requirements.
- Implement CRM initiatives to develop a network of clientele for the store.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, identifying their needs and preferences.
- Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities.
- Qualify leads and hand them over to the sales teams for closure.
- Maintain and update the lead generation database.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets as set out by the business.
The Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a sales or sales development role, preferably in the IT Services industry.
- You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- You are resourceful, driven, and able to multitask and manage store operations effectively.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work of a high standard.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
