Drive sales growth, develop customer relationships, and expand market share for cement and steel products within an assigned geographic area.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
1. Achieve sales targets for cement and steel products.
2. Identify and convert new business opportunities.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
4. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share.
Market Intelligence and Analysis:
1. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing.
2. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and challenges.
3. Provide market feedback to senior management.
Logistics and Operations:
1. Coordinate with logistics teams for timely delivery.
2. Ensure accurate ordering and invoicing.
3. Monitor stock levels and manage inventory.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
1 to 3 years of sales experience in the cement and steel industry.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Valid driver's license (for field travel).
