The Opportunity

We’re looking for a talented Sales Performance Lead to join our team at Snaphunt. If you have a passion for sales and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

  • Drive sales and service performance in retail stores.
  • Ensure a seamless in-store customer experience and oversee order fulfillment processes.
  • Implement corporate policies and initiatives at the store level.
  • Work closely with buying and visual merchandising teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and visual displays.
  • Develop CRM initiatives to build a loyal customer base.
  • Build the sales funnel by generating leads through cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries and build strong relationships.
  • Qualify leads by identifying decision-makers and understanding their needs.
  • Handover qualified leads to sales teams for closure.
  • Maintain and update the lead generation database.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets set by the business.

About You

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Development Representative, or Store Manager roles, preferably in the IT Services industry.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You are resourceful, driven, and can multitask to manage store operations effectively.
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver high-quality work.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
