The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Performance Manager to join our team at Snaphunt. As a Sales Performance Manager, you will be responsible for driving the store's sales and service performance, ensuring a seamless in-store customer experience, and overseeing the order fulfillment processes for customers in store.

The Role

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with buying and visual merchandising teams to ensure the store is stocked with the right inventory and adheres to brands' visual merchandising requirements.
  • Implement CRM initiatives to develop a network of clientele for the store.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, identifying their needs and preferences.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

The Ideal Candidate

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a sales or sales development role, preferably within the IT Services industry.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • You are a strategic thinker, able to analyze data and develop effective solutions to drive sales growth.
  • You are a team player, able to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
