Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Executive to join our team at RC PLASTO TANKS & PIPES PVT. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding our institutional sales, and developing new dealers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve sales growth of 40% compared to the previous year by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing clients.

2. Focus on institutional sales and develop strategies to increase sales revenue from this segment.

3. Conduct regular visits to clients and prospects, with a minimum of 15 visits per day, to understand their needs and provide solutions.

4. Develop and implement plans to increase the number of dealers and distributors, ensuring a strong sales network across the region.

5. Be prepared to work on outstation assignments for up to 15 days at a time, as required by the business.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of sales strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
