Job Overview

The role of a Telecom Operations Manager is pivotal in driving customer satisfaction, optimizing processes, and leveraging technology to achieve business excellence.

This position plays a critical role in designing, implementing, documenting, project managing, and handing over projects to the technology team for business-as-usual support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies that align with organizational goals in collaboration with senior management.
  • Establish implementation strategy and metrics-driven processes to ensure quality of delivery and uptime of IT infrastructure.
  • Negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure and manage infrastructure-related products and services.
  • Design, engineer, and operate Global Contact Center Technology built on heterogeneous platforms, including cloud contact centers like Nice InContact, Genesis, Amazon Connect, and AudioCodes.
  • Work closely with business units, IT departments, and external vendors to align telephony solutions with organizational objectives.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on best practices for routing & workflow optimization, system implementation & integration, and incident response.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of overall experience.
  • Good to have Contact Center domain experience.
  • Project/implementation experience is mandatory.
  • Good experience in team management.
  • Certifications in contact center management or NICE CXone platforms are advantageous.
