Description:

As a skilled ServiceNow developer, you will design, develop and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specifically in the Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module. Your expertise will be essential in meeting telecom order management needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies and custom applications to meet telecom order management requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring seamless handling of product orders, service requests and provisioning workflows.
  • Configure and customize Order Management modules to enable efficient handling of telecom orders and services.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, OSS/BSS platforms and legacy systems commonly used in telecom environments.
  • Support UAT, defect fixing and performance tuning for order management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines and ITSM best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on development experience in ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module.
  • Experience in ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) and/or ITSM is an advantage.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, ServiceNow Flow Designer and Service Portal.
  • Telecom domain knowledge, particularly Order-to-Activation processes, Product Catalogs, Service Requests and Fulfillment.
  • Ability to write technical documentation, design documents and deployment guides.
  • Experience in working in Agile/DevOps environments.
