Key Responsibilities:

  • We provide expertise in the configuration and optimization of ServiceNow for maximum performance and user experience.
  • We lead and mentor junior developers in a collaborative environment.
  • We stay up-to-date with industry best practices and recommend improvements as necessary.
  • We collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems.
  • We participate in planning and executing ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a ServiceNow Developer is essential.
  • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, design and best practices is required.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML and CSS is essential.
  • Excellent scripting skills are necessary.
  • Strong expertise in the ServiceNow CSM implementation is highly desirable.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow development tools including Configuration Workspace, Workflow Editor, Form Designer, UI Builder, Service Portal and GenAI is required.
  • ServiceNow certification such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS CSM) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail are required.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential.
