ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant to join our team.

  • This role involves working with the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise-wide, multi-tier production environment.
  • You will have a minimum of 4 to 12 years of experience in the IT industry and be familiar with networking concepts, DMZ zones, public/private/hybrid cloud environments, and industrial control systems.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of how to implement Midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC) on the ServiceNow platform.

You will also need to have prior experience implementing OT Visibility, OT Asset Management, and OT Service Management modules in ServiceNow.

In addition to your technical skills, you should be able to document development, configuration, and technical details and prepare training materials for projects.

You will work closely with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions and represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.
