ServiceNow Platform Manager Role

We seek a seasoned ServiceNow Platform expert to drive the vision, roadmap, and backlog for our platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop and track key performance indicators, dashboards, and success measures.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure the platform supports organizational objectives and drives ROI.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Platform Manager/Owner or similar role focused on the ServiceNow platform.
