We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients
  2. Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions
  3. Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet client needs
  4. Develop and implement approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs
  5. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems (e.g., identity platforms, facilities systems)
  6. Set up and track metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance
  7. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and streamline workflows

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs
  • Skilled in creating catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, SLAs
  • Hands-on experience with domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, UI policies
  • Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems
  • Proficient in setting up and tracking metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance
  • Demonstrated leadership in instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes
