Operational Technology Solutions Expert

The OT Solutions Expert will work with our team to implement and configure ServiceNow ITOM solutions for Operational Technology clients. This role requires a strong understanding of Midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with implementing these components and possess knowledge of networking concepts, DMZ zones, and public/private/hybrid cloud environments.

This individual should have prior experience with industrial control systems, OT network functions, and Purdue Model architecture. Additionally, they should have a moderate understanding of database level architecture and be able to write SQL queries. Familiarity with Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations, and Power/Shell scripting is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing OT Visibility and OT Asset Management & OT Service Management modules in ServiceNow
  • Configuring and enhancing ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM modular platform
  • Developing ServiceNow ITOM configurations, including CMDB data alignment and automated data population
  • Documenting development, configuration, and technical details, as well as preparing training material for projects
  • Identifying issues, gathering data, analyzing, and presenting solutions
  • Collaborating with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITOM solutions
  • Hands-on experience with Midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC)
