Seeking a seasoned IT and OT network infrastructure expert to lead enterprise-wide operations.

About the Role:
  • Manage complex network environments, lead technical teams, and ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Leverage expertise in LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Wireless, Internet, MPLS, and data centre connectivity to drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure 24/7 network availability, reliability, and performance through proactive monitoring, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
  2. Implement macro and micro segmentation strategies to enhance network security posture across IT and OT domains.
  3. Lead technical delivery and end-to-end execution of network transformation and expansion projects.
Leadership and Management:
  • Coordinate with cross-functional IT/OT teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Negotiate and monitor SLAs, ensure issue escalation procedures are followed, and drive continuous improvement with vendors.
Network Governance:
  • Establish and enforce network policies, standards, and compliance frameworks.
  • Develop and enforce network security policies and procedures to safeguard organizational data and comply with industry regulations.
Technical Expertise:
  • Expertise in zero-trust architecture, secure data flows across environments, firewalls, NAC, IDS/IPS, and segmentation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as CCNP / CCIE, ITIL v4 Foundation or Intermediate, and PMP / PRINCE2 (optional for project oversight).
