ServiceNow Capability Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our ServiceNow capability, develop and grow a successful delivery unit.

This role involves practice building, solution architecting, capability building, business pursuit management, operations and delivery management, and P&L ownership.

The ideal candidate will have 18+ years of experience, with the last 2-3 years in a ServiceNow practice leadership role in an IT services company.

Key qualifications include industry expertise, deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, company and product roadmap, market trends, and competitor enterprise products.

The candidate should also have experience handling global responsibility, multiple accounts management with P&L responsibility, and driving delivery success.

A strong ability to communicate and network with stakeholders in a global environment is essential.
