In this role, you'll provide technical expertise to resolve escalated support issues, analyze challenges, and develop solutions for internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product suite.
  • Database Expertise: Utilize SQL and queries to research customer issues and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with implementation teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Communication: Maintain a positive, empathetic attitude and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Issue Escalation: Effectively escalate complex issues beyond initial support.

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong written and verbal communication skills, SQL or database expertise, excellent documentation skills, and analytical abilities.
