Business Development Strategy Lead

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Strategy Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement key business initiatives, optimize sales performance, and drive growth.

Job Overview

The Business Development Strategy Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to design, implement, and measure sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Interact with the Growth team & other internal teams to understand best practices, support required, client feedback, etc.
  • Create and analyze sales performance reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, proactively highlight deviations, and suggest actionables for course correction.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential areas of growth, new product development, and innovative solutions to streamline current processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, vendors, and partners to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive successful outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze KRs across internal Growth team. Prepare, roll out, and monitor Annual, Quarterly, and Monthly KRs.
  • Prepare various presentations for CGO/Sales leadership related to Growth/Sales.
  • Plan and implement end-to-end business/sales events.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields, with special focus or experience on use and implementation of analytical skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in business planning, strategic projects, or other related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering results.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with others.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, CRM's, and other sales automation tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
