Job Title: Senior Manager

The Government Solutions team is seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth and capacity building initiatives for public sector entities. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in revenue generation, client relationship management, and market research.

  1. Revenue Generation: Lead the charge in generating revenue from key public sector accounts and territories.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Effectively manage client relationships through the sales process.
  3. Market Research: Identify new market opportunities and clients to establish network and arrange meetings.

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will also be responsible for developing in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition, preparing approach notes and proposal documents, communicating effectively with existing clients, and creating frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in business administration or education or a related discipline.
  • Experience in curriculum design and blended learning.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Multi-tasking ability with superior time management skills.

Key Responsibilities Include: Assisting in programme planning and execution, adjusting project plans as required, and managing diagnostic studies to support the sales process. Additionally, KRAs and KPIs include revenue generation, orders booked and pipeline, outreach efforts, lead tracker, error-free proposals, client satisfaction, and flawless reports and database management.
