Job Title

A Business Development Leader is required to head the Post Graduate Program in Applied Marketing.

The program aims to equip students with industry-relevant skills essential in today's digital age. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an immersive learning environment that fosters real-world application for students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with industry leaders and mentors to design the curriculum and ensure it is on track.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, product, and marketing teams for a seamless student experience.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring a delightful student experience.
  • Monitor and track performance metrics ensuring quality progress of students.
  • Organize events and initiatives at campus to enhance student involvement.
  • Promote student engagement by encouraging active participation in clubs and campus activities.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing internal/external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in program management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with students/employees, faculty/mentors, and external partners.
