Our organization is seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead our sales and operations in Pune. This role offers a unique opportunity for a dynamic professional to drive growth, build strong customer relationships, and expand our presence in the region.
The ideal candidate will possess 8-10 years of experience in selling technology solutions, with a proven track record of meeting targets. Strong leadership skills, key account management expertise, and strategic thinking are essential for this position. The selected individual will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, achieving sales targets, and ensuring branch profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales activities, including market mapping, lead funnel creation, forecasting, and achievement of sales targets.
- Develop and present techno-commercial proposals to stakeholders.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by engaging with IT and business stakeholders.
- Ensure complete accountability for Accounts Receivables and branch P&L.
Experience & Skills:
- 8-10 years of proven experience in selling technology solutions (Software, IT Services, Cloud Infrastructure).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
- Strong experience in Key Account Management.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to design and execute business plans aligned to organizational goals.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science or MBA.
- Post-graduation in IT will be an added advantage.
