The ideal candidate will possess 8-10 years of experience in selling technology solutions, with a proven track record of meeting targets. Strong leadership skills, key account management expertise, and strategic thinking are essential for this position. The selected individual will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, achieving sales targets, and ensuring branch profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end sales activities, including market mapping, lead funnel creation, forecasting, and achievement of sales targets.
  • Develop and present techno-commercial proposals to stakeholders.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by engaging with IT and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure complete accountability for Accounts Receivables and branch P&L.

Experience & Skills:

  • 8-10 years of proven experience in selling technology solutions (Software, IT Services, Cloud Infrastructure).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
  • Strong experience in Key Account Management.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to design and execute business plans aligned to organizational goals.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or MBA.
  • Post-graduation in IT will be an added advantage.
