
Business Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Branch Operations Director to oversee the day-to-day activities of our branch. This is a key role that will drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth for the branch.
- Manage and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners to ensure seamless business operations.
- Implement company policies and procedures strictly, ensuring compliance with financial discipline and reporting standards.
- Identify new business opportunities, institutional sales, and government tenders to drive growth and expansion.
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including billing, collections, stock, and logistics management.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between teams, including sales, support, and logistics.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the branch sales & support team to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
- Strengthen relationships with key distributors, dealers, and large clients to drive business growth and retention.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research, competitor tracking, and provide insights to management to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure all transactions follow company compliance, legal, and regulatory frameworks to minimize risk and ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and present regular MIS reports, branch performance data, and sales forecasts to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Head Office for approvals, support, and escalations as needed.
- Strong leadership and people management skills to lead high-performing teams.
- Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in IT/biometrics/security products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to build strong partnerships.
- Financial acumen with experience in branch P&L management to drive business growth and profitability.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in competitive markets.
