The Job Description:
- Build trust by driving long-term partnerships for all stakeholders through escalation management and relationship building.

- Oversee end-to-end campaign management to ensure value delivery and customer retention through cross-selling and upselling.
- You will be expected to understand the digital ecosystem and keep abreast with industry analytics and trends.
- You will focus on maximizing revenue potential with clients/agencies, leverage relationships to secure market intelligence for curated experiential or activations for brands.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- MBA with 7+ years of experience in media agency / consumer internet industry
- Preferred Experience: Worked with agencies
