Job Overview:

We seek an experienced Senior Marketer - Demand Generation to lead our performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role involves developing, executing, and managing paid marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, maximize return on investment (ROI), and scale our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B SaaS marketing expertise is essential, with in-depth knowledge of SaaS sales cycles, customer lifetime value (CLV), and ongoing user retention strategies.
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead campaign creation and management across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, ensuring campaigns stay on track and meet performance goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new advertising technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • Proven experience handling significant performance marketing budgets.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search (Google, Meta, and other channels).
