
Regional Business Partner

As a Regional Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic HR initiatives that align with the company's business objectives. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing comprehensive HR plans that cater to the diverse needs of various business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of business operations, market perspectives, and unit-specific requirements.
- Design and implement effective manpower planning strategies to ensure seamless talent acquisition and development.
- Serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Establish performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans, to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Identify training needs, develop relevant programs, and facilitate learning opportunities to improve employee competencies.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, proactively addressing potential HR-related risks.
- Develop initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture, improve retention, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Collaborate with leadership and line managers to drive organizational change initiatives, navigate transformation, and internalize new practices.
- Utilize HR data and analytics to inform workforce planning and development decisions.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a regional or global context.
- Proven track record of success in HR planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English language and local language(s).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a similar industry or environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Experience with HR systems and tools.
- Certification in HR management or a related field.
