In this role, you will play a key part in driving performance and making informed decisions by analyzing and interpreting complex data.

You will be responsible for supporting our global strategy by working closely with regional teams to ensure effective utilization of operational metrics for daily operations.

This includes analyzing data to identify trends and proposing solutions, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Regional/Vertical Internal Field Steering (IFS) Framework Implementation and Monitoring:
    • Deploy and consistently adopt the global IFS framework in assigned regions or verticals.
    • Monitor and validate data collection and reporting accuracy for IFS metrics.
    • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure effective utilization of IFS metrics for daily operations.
    • Analyze data and provide insights for localized improvements to VPs/SVPs.
  • Performance Analysis and Local Operational Intervention:
    • Analyze performance data to identify operational weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
    • Support development and implementation of targeted strategies to address performance gaps.
    • Work with local leadership to implement and track corrective actions.
  • Commercial Performance Support and Compliance:
    • Conduct audits of customer contracts to ensure compliance with commercial terms.
    • Assess risk related to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
    • Highlight trends and concerns from performance reviews across accounts.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Solution Design, and Commercial Pricing teams to protect commercial performance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Act as primary point of contact for regional stakeholders on performance and commercial excellence initiatives.
    • Prepare and present performance reports and dashboards for regional leadership.
    Requirements:
    • Several years of experience in recruitment, operational excellence, business analysis, performance management, or similar roles within global organizations.
    • Demonstrated experience with KPIs and operational metrics.
    • Strong analytical skills to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to identify trends and propose solutions. Data visualization tools proficiency a plus.
    • Solid understanding of commercial contracts, pricing structures, and their impact on business performance.
    • Proven ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders, including operational, sales, finance, and technical teams.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and experience in supporting improvement initiatives.
    • Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced global environments.
