Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Business Partner. In this position, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our team members in various aspects of their work.

  • Onboarding and induction of new joiners into the team involves creating a welcoming environment and ensuring a smooth transition for them.
  • You will conduct employee engagement activities such as one-on-one meetings, team-building events, and other initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Your performance management responsibilities will include conducting quarterly check-ins, skip-level meetings, and annual appraisals to assess and develop employee performance.
  • In employee relations, you will handle queries, address concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with organizational requirements.
  • You will also focus on employee retention by conducting exit interviews and recommending strategies to improve retention rates.
  • A key aspect of this role is continuous improvement of the employee experience at every touchpoint.
  • You may be required to provide support to our Corporate Learning and Development and Talent Acquisition Teams as needed.
  • Facility management involves overseeing the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, including space management and interior design.
  • You will also be responsible for electrical systems, air conditioning, fire and safety protocols, internet connectivity, and minor projects related to civil and mechanical engineering repairs.
  • Soft services encompass housekeeping, security, and indoor plants, as well as cafeteria management and inventory control.
  • Vendor relationships and compliance with regulatory requirements, such as building fire approvals and lift certifications, are also part of your scope.
