A leading organization is seeking an experienced Strategic Business Partner

This role involves more than just calendar management; you will be responsible for conducting thorough research, developing strategic plans, creating compelling presentations and documents, and coordinating meetings and logistics with accuracy and efficiency.

You will work closely with senior leadership to plan and coordinate business activities, create and maintain reports and presentations required for internal and external communications, conduct research and compile data to support business decision-making, and track deliverables and ensure alignment on key priorities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong command over written and verbal communication, proficiency in presentation creation tools, strong time management and prioritization skills, a high level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail, as well as an open mindset with the willingness to take on varied responsibilities.

  • Ideate and research various strategies and execute them. It is critical for the individual to be action-oriented and proactive.
  • Prepare impactful presentations, reports, and documentation as per business needs.
  • Conduct research, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and facilitate meeting coordination.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar strategy support role or equivalent.
  • Experience in creating structured presentations and working closely with senior leadership.
  • Exposure to fast-paced environments with multitasking and problem-solving responsibilities.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • High level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Open mindset with the willingness to take on varied responsibilities including research, documentation, coordination, and strategy support.
