Business Growth Opportunity

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting and managing relationships with Branch Managers and Salespeople to develop business through consultative engagement.

Key objectives include mapping opportunities for primary selling, relationship managing cross-selling of M.F (investment) products and ensuring effective and smooth relationships with distributors and agents in the region.

You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, analyzing market trends and patterns, and developing strategic plans for growth.

A successful candidate will have experience in agent distribution networks and selection/motivation of agents/distributors.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Developing business through consultative engagement.
  • Mapping opportunities for primary selling and relationship managing cross-selling.
  • Ensuring effective and smooth relationships with distributors and agents.
  • Analyzing market trends and patterns.

  • Selecting and motivating agents/distributors.
Requirements:

Extensive experience in relationship management and business development.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in managing complex sales processes.
