Job Title: Zonal Leader

Purpose:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in being the People Brand Ambassador and in Talent partnering with business, delivering regular People interventions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Management - driving strategic talent plans to meet business objectives.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Process Oversight - ensuring timely and efficient recruitment processes.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention Strategies - developing initiatives to reduce attrition and enhance employee experience.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Conduct Employee Engagement Surveys and Implement Action Plans - fostering a positive work culture.
  • Handle Grievance Redressal, Employee Relations, and Disciplinary Processes - maintaining a fair and equitable work environment.
  • Drive Initiatives to Reduce Attrition, Especially Among Insurance Sales Staff - implementing targeted retention strategies.
  • Induction Training for New Hires - providing comprehensive onboarding experiences.
  • Managing Talent Retention & Employee Development Initiatives - designing development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Identify Training Needs Based on Business and Individual Goals - aligning training with business objectives.

HR Operations and Compliance:

  • Ensure Labor Law Compliance Across Branches in the Zone - maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee Timely Payroll Inputs, Onboarding/Offboarding Processes, and HRIS Accuracy - ensuring accurate and timely HR processes.

Strategic HR Partnership:

  • Liaise with Function Heads and Designate Personnel to Ensure Critical Planning and Implementation of People Strategies - collaborating with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
