Business Development Manager for Bioproduction Sales

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Sales team in Hyderabad, India.

Job Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Execution
- We are looking for a sales professional who can develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the bioproduction industry.
- Account Management
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts and building strong relationships with customers to identify new business opportunities.
- Territory Coverage
- Coverage of the Hyderabad territory to bring in business from existing and new accounts, working with designated channel partners to increase business growth.
- Market Intelligence
- Establish and maintain partnerships across all levels and functions within key accounts.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to team members and partners.
Requirements
- Experience and Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the bioproduction or life sciences industry, preferably with account management experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or equivalent experience is required; an MSc in life sciences or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Skills and Abilities
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for group presentations, customer sales presentations, and inter-company communications.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹20-30 lakhs per annum (approximately $26,000-$39,000 USD) based on qualifications and experience.
