About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Lead for Membership and Growth to join our team at nasscom.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Servicing member companies in their region, responding to queries, organizing events, and taking initiatives to drive member engagement.
  • Driving Regional Councils for various territories and Special Interest Groups such as HR, CFO's, CEOs, Skill Initiatives, GCC Forum, etc.
  • Conceptualizing and implementing related initiatives and events.
  • Implementing ideas and initiatives strategized in the region.
  • Business Development by recruiting new members and outreach for nasscom events.
  • Planning and initiating regional events.
  • Facilitating and supporting national level initiatives and events in the region.
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage internal processes with respect to finance, knowledge management, revenue, and expenditure.
