Regional Lead for Membership and Growth

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Lead for Membership and Growth to join our team at nasscom.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Servicing member companies in their region, responding to queries, organizing events, and taking initiatives to drive member engagement.
- Driving Regional Councils for various territories and Special Interest Groups such as HR, CFO's, CEOs, Skill Initiatives, GCC Forum, etc.
- Conceptualizing and implementing related initiatives and events.
- Implementing ideas and initiatives strategized in the region.
- Business Development by recruiting new members and outreach for nasscom events.
- Planning and initiating regional events.
- Facilitating and supporting national level initiatives and events in the region.
- Implement and manage internal processes with respect to finance, knowledge management, revenue, and expenditure.
In this role, you can expect:
- An estimated salary of ₹10 lakhs per annum, based on industry standards.
