Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth and revenue from the Supply Chain & Procurement sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Market Identification, Client Engagement and Portfolio Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement impactful sales strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing training, support, and motivation to enhance their skills.
  • Establish relationships with stakeholders such as CEOs, CFOs, CTOs, procurement professionals, and finance teams.
  • Identify target markets, key accounts, and revenue opportunities within the region.
  • Uphold company policies, transparency, and ethical standards, while monitoring team adherence to these principles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and proactively addressing concerns.
  • Offer tailored solutions based on thorough analysis of client requirements, bringing in consultants or SMEs if needed.
  • Implement best practices for lead generation, client pitching, and deal closure.
  • Continuously review and refine sales strategies based on outcomes and feedback.
  • Track sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies as needed to meet regional targets.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Effectively showcase technology-based products and solutions to clients.
  • Present case studies and success stories to support pitches and build client confidence.
  • Stay informed about competitors' offerings and market share.
  • Ensure the company remains a top competitor in the region, aiming for a top-three position.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, focusing on regional or territory management, with national and international market exposure preferred.
  • 3-5 years in a senior sales role, managing teams and overseeing customer or buyer relations.

Compensation:

Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus benefits package.
