Divo is a dynamic company seeking an experienced Social Media Monetization Specialist to drive revenue growth and optimize content strategies on Facebook.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for a skilled professional with a proven track record in managing Facebook pages, focusing on monetization and advertising.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Facebook's monetization tools, analytics, and SEO strategies.
  • As a Social Media Monetization Specialist, you will work closely with our content team to develop and implement effective monetization strategies, ensuring compliance with Facebook's policies and guidelines.
  • You will be responsible for tracking performance metrics, analyzing data, and generating regular reports to assess monetization progress and suggest actionable improvements.
  • In addition, you will stay up-to-date with Facebook's evolving platform features and policies, adapting quickly to ensure optimal results.

Responsibilities:

  1. Monetization Strategy Development:
  • Design and implement monetization strategies using Facebook's tools such as in-stream ads, ads on reels, subscriptions, Stars, branded content.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and trends within Facebook's ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with content creators to align monetization goals with overall business objectives.
Content Management & Optimization:
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure posts & videos meet monetization criteria.
  • Optimize video content for in-stream ads, including length, format, and viewer retention strategies.
  • Manage and monitor engagement metrics to identify high-performing content that can drive revenue.
  • Engage with followers to build a loyal community that supports monetization efforts (e.g., stars, subscriptions).
  • Monitor compliance with Facebook's policies and monetization eligibility guidelines.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze performance metrics.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports to assess monetization progress and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Use insights to refine strategies and content planning.
Compliance & Policy Management:
  • Stay up-to-date with Facebook's monetization policies and ensure all content adheres to platform guidelines.
  • Address monetization eligibility issues or account flags promptly.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in managing Facebook pages with a focus on monetization.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook's monetization tools and analytics.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (Meta Business Suite).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on analytics.
  • Knowledge of SEO and audience growth strategies.
  • Experience in managing online communities or fan pages.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to Facebook's evolving platform features and policies.

Salary Estimate: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
