Client Portfolio Development
- Developing Client Partnerships
- Collaborate with senior account managers to identify and articulate client business challenges and strategic priorities.
- Co-create account strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and expansion, leveraging Harvard Business Publishing's thought leadership and consulting expertise.
- Evaluate solution relevance and feasibility for both Harvard Business Publishing and the client.
- Leadership Development Thought Leadership
- Represent Harvard Business Publishing's ideas and insights to clients through in-depth research and analysis of industry trends and best practices.
- Apply deep business acumen and knowledge of external factors to lead business conversations and consult with colleagues and clients.
- Design innovative learning experiences that meet unique client challenges and drive business impact, while delivering profitable growth.
- Develop key skills related to the current role through ongoing professional development.
- Solution Architecture
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design, sell, and deliver scalable solutions that meet clients' leadership development needs.
- Analyze gaps in leadership development and formulate profitable solutions based on standard products and services.
- Provide strategic guidance on learning technologies to advise clients on the best implementation strategy for their learning ecosystem.
- Design engaging learning experiences aligned to identified learning objectives and deliver agreed-upon performance outcomes.
- Foster divergent thinking among team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Facilitate open discussions about leadership development challenges and possible solutions with key stakeholders across client organizations.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 10+ years of applicable experience in leadership development, consulting, and solution architecture.
- Demonstrated expertise in consulting, designing, and delivering leadership and management development programs.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with technology-delivered learning solutions.
- Proven ability to conduct business conversations that explore client needs and position potential solutions.
- Experience managing a portfolio of client solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, and team leadership abilities.
- Strong financial and business acumen skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced, and remote working environment.
- 4-year degree, graduate degree preferred.
- Travel requirement approximately 10%.
