Business Development Manager

Role Overview

We're looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our journey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to our overall growth.

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients across travel, MICE, and events.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through strategic partnerships, cold outreach, and networking.
  • Present customized solutions to clients, addressing their corporate travel/event needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including negotiations and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-6 years of proven B2B Sales experience in Travel, Events, Hospitality, or MICE industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, lead generation platforms (e.g., Lusha, Apollo), and data-driven sales.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and outcome-focused mindset.
