Enterprise Sales Leader

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our enterprise sales efforts in the SaaS TMS space. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, leading high-performing teams, and developing strategic partnerships.


About the Role
  • Market Segment: Focus on expanding into the manufacturing and engineering sectors with a strong emphasis on logistics and procurement.
  • Revenue Ownership: Drive YoY ARR growth through a robust sales process and strong relationship management.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop a sales strategy aligned with company growth goals, emphasizing clear segmentation for structured growth and accelerated revenue realization.
  • Partnership Development: Foster strong relationships with decision-makers for long-term partnerships and increased Net Promoters Value (NPV).
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and empower the sales team to drive sales targets and support professional growth.

Requirements
  • 12-16 years of experience in software sales to enterprises, preferably SaaS products, with a strong background in manufacturing or heavy industry.
  • Consistently top performer achieving 100% revenue target.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills capable of influencing executive-level decision-makers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
